Job Overview

This position is responsible for stock replenishment using either an l-cart or pallet, correctly placing stock on shelves according to location codes, and completing assigned areas efficiently.

We are seeking a new member for the Meijer family! As a GM Night Stocking team member, you will stock shelves from either an l-cart or pallet, ensuring accurate placement of products. Your role is vital in maintaining store operations and positively impacting our community. If you are detail-oriented and organized, we invite you to join us!

Responsibilities

• You will stock shelves with a variety of products, including food.
• Retrieve stock and trash to the back room.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely stocking of areas.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and comfort using them.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist with products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
