United Protective Services is recruiting for a Part Time Overnight Gate Attendant Security Officer at an apartment community in Houston (77081). This role centers on access control, visitor logging, and keeping a welcoming, safe environment for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, reliable transportation, and attentiveness during overnight hours; Texas security license is required or can be obtained. Training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the apartment complex.
• Verify visitor authorization and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times.
• Monitor for unauthorized vehicles, security concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with property management, residents, and emergency responders when necessary.
