Job summary

Meijer in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are fully stocked with a variety of food and grocery items. You will move products from pallets to shelves and handle back‑room cleanup to maintain efficiency and order.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
