Advanced Fryer Solutions, LLC is hiring Overnight Fryer Service Technicians to service restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial kitchens in the Cincinnati area. You will work independently from the West Chester depot, covering routes with 5–9 locations per shift and starting between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM.

This full-time overnight role involves cleaning fryers, filtering oil, and maintaining equipment, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from West Chester, OH depot.
• Reliable attendance.
• Comfortable working overnight schedules with 1:00–3:00 AM start times.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial fryers.
• Operate a fryer filtration machine.
• Filter and extend the life of cooking oil.
• Pump and remove waste cooking oil.
• Service 5–9 customer locations nightly.
• Complete work orders and service notes using a company mobile app.
• Take required before-and-after service photos.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
