You will handle guest requests calmly, prepare financial summaries, and maintain confidentiality of daily transactions, supporting a secure and smooth overnight operation.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience of 6+ months required.
• Basic accounting knowledge including posting revenues and reconciling reports.
• Strong communication and math skills from HS diploma.
• Proficient with Excel and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift 11 PM - 7 AM as the go-to for guest needs.
• Balance revenues, reconcile ledgers, and close daily books.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly, even at 3 AM.
• Prepare financial summaries and reports.
• Maintain secure and confidential handling of daily transactions.
