Qualifications

• One year of related hotel experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local area; provide directions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; learn hotel software/PMS.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout and post-departure.
• Complete end of day activities including posting charges, balancing ledgers, running night audit/daily close, back-up and roll date.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Efficiently manage the operations of the front desk; ensure check-in/out is timely.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations and assign rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts, and events.
• Ensure prompt delivery of billing to guests.
• Ensure accuracy of daily closing reports.
