Job summary

A hospitality company seeks a Night Auditor in Frederica, Delaware. The ideal candidate will compute and record financial data, initiate the End of Day process, and maintain a friendly demeanor with guests. Applicants should have a high school diploma and preferably some hotel experience. This role requires attention to detail and cash handling skills, while fostering a safe and efficient hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to complete the Night Audit checklist and handle guest requests.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations for hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records.
• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Run all reports as required for Food and Beverage audit.
• Balance the day’s work and maintain cashiering responsibilities.
• Fulfill all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
