Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel front desk or night audit operations.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy; excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, charges, and revenue postings.
• Reconcile transactions, resolve discrepancies, and prepare daily financial/occupancy reports.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, emergencies, and service requests.
• Monitor property security systems and conduct routine safety checks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
