Planet Fitness, a private equity-backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.
  2. Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
  3. Provide gracious and efficient telephone service. Calls should be answered promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information.
  4. Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
  6. Deliver prompt, efficient customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
  7. Accept payments from customers, give change and receipts.
  8. Drive revenue by communicating and demonstrating benefits of products and special promotions to customers.
  9. Answer customer questions and provide information regarding business procedures and policies in an exact and customer-friendly way.
Hours

(Initial training hours may vary as well as when the needs of the facility change.)

  • Discuss your availability with the Hiring Manager and/or note it on your application.
  • Weekday Overnight Hours based on club needs.

Monday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Tuesday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Wednesday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Thursday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Friday: OFF

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Six months face-to-face customer service experience in retail or 1-year fitness experience preferred
