About the Role

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free Member experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions or check-in.
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolving concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Answering phones and assisting callers.
• Handling membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, billing, and transfers.
• Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs.
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities.
• Ensuring restrooms and club areas are clean, stocked, and safe.
• Addressing safety and maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Communicating in person and on the phone.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Encountering chemicals during cleaning.
• Performing various physical movements (bending, twisting).
