Planet Fitness, a private equity-backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members confidently, professionally, and friendly with hellos and goodbyes.
• Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly and knowledgeably, ensuring complete and accurate information.
• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Accept payments from customers, give change and receipts.
• Drive revenue by communicating benefits of products and promotions.
• Answer customer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner.

Hours

(Initial training hours may vary; hours depend on club needs.)

• Discuss your availability with the Hiring Manager and/or note it on your application.
• Weekday Overnight Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, with specific days off as per schedule.

Sample schedule: Monday to Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Friday and Saturday off, Sunday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail or 1 year in fitness preferred.
