About the Role

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions or concerns during check-in.
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolving member concerns and escalating to management when necessary.
• Answering phones and assisting callers.
• Handling membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Conducting prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and amenities, including restrooms and communal spaces.
• Performing safety and cleanliness checks throughout the club.
• Addressing maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club during shifts.
• Communicating in person and via phone.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Encountering chemicals during shifts.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing.
• Moving, bending, and twisting as needed.
