A leading hotel brand seeks a Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to guests. Responsibilities include managing check-ins/outs, handling transactions, and addressing guest needs while ensuring a positive experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work various shifts.
This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments per established procedures. Other duties may include processing laundry.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform them about ways to enhance their stay.
Handle cash and credit transactions.
Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.
Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and wear protective gear as needed to ensure safety.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent our brand positively.
Stay informed about daily events and activities.
Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties as needed.
What We Need from You –
Our hotel operates 24/7, so flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is essential.
Excellent communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to turn issues into positive experiences.
Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus.
At least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred.
Physical strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
