Job summary

TPI Hospitality is a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience. We own and operate over 25+ hotels and restaurants throughout Minnesota and Florida, including Hilton, Marriott, Margaritaville, Holiday Inn, and more.

Our Overnight Front Desk position requires a 11pm-7am shift, up to 32 hours, with Monday-Sunday flexibility. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour. This on-site role supports guest services and property operations in Minnesota and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
