Job summary

Hamilton Connections, Inc. in East Longmeadow, MA, is seeking daytime forklift operators for a busy plastics manufacturer. The position features a 12-hour rotating shift (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) and pays $17.25 per hour plus a bi-weekly attendance bonus.

You will unload and stack materials, move stock to pallets, inspect machinery, and maintain accurate inventory records. Applicants should have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely on industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

Day Shift - $17.25/hour plus bi-weekly attendance bonus

12 hour shift (rotating 48 hours/ 36 hours per week) 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
