Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, inspecting prior to use and following safety standards.
• Load and unload merchandise and materials, inspecting and preparing delivery trucks.
• Handle pallets of merchandise, preparing them for storage or sale, and transporting them throughout the club.
• Stock, rotate, and store merchandise, handling damaged or spoiled items per company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment, performing general maintenance tasks.
• Participate in club opening and closing procedures, assist Members, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Complete required training and certification.

Environmental Conditions

• Primarily standing and moving on hard surfaces, with frequent bending, climbing, and reaching.
• Lifting objects up to 30 pounds regularly; heavier objects with assistance.
• Work environment includes machinery noise, temperature extremes in freezers or coolers, and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.
