Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by local health dept.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, manage temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accurately, ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, payments, and app usage.
• Share knowledge about concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement).
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas, restock equipment.
• Manage trash/recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: Support teammates, maintain a positive environment, take on extra duties as assigned.
