Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity; adhere to client requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned based on account needs.
