Benefits:

  • Consistent raises and growth opportunities in our new tier-pay model
  • Entry-level position with paid on-the-job training
  • Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off, and vice versa
  • Work hours: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
  • Starting wage: $21.12/hour + $2.00 shift differential
  • Paid breaks, paid time off, holidays, and parental leave

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control testing and inspection of foam products
  • Operate machinery and package finished goods
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes
  • Work collaboratively to ensure safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Pre-employment physical, background check, and references
  • Ability to work in a team and meet performance goals
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic mechanical, math, and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing
  • Ability to wear a respirator and work near equipment

Note: This position involves working around potentially hazardous equipment, which may not be suitable for individuals with pacemakers.
