Job summary

The Building People is seeking an overnight floor technician in San Diego to maintain cleanliness across facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and window cleaning with experience in stripping, waxing and buffing floors.

The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and safety knowledge. Applicants should be able to work 9pm–5:30am, pass a background check, and adapt to government or client requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Description/Summary

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an overnight floor tech who will be responsible for.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces. Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Qualified candidates will have experience with stripping, waxing and buffing floors in a commercial setting.

Required Experience/Skills

• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
• Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
