Job summary

Signicast - Brown Deer Facility in Wisconsin is seeking an Overnight Manufacturing Team Lead for the Finishing cell. You will guide the cell's workflow, assign daily tasks, and ensure on-time quality while coordinating resources.

The role emphasizes safety, training of technicians, monitoring productivity and scrap data, and supporting continuous flow. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related training are required, with the ability to read part drawings and work with precision equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• 1–2 years of training or related experience.
• Must be able to read part drawings and shop orders.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to lead safety initiatives.
• Ability to communicate clearly and train others.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and policy compliance in all responsibilities.
• Prepare and update daily production schedules and assign maintenance tasks.
• Utilize all resources to minimize backlogs and control production pace.
• Coordinate and monitor training of Manufacturing Technicians and cross-training.
• Monitor productivity, scrap, and quality; provide feedback to improve performance.
• Build morale and teamwork; keep Technicians motivated.
• Assist with production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting quality issues.
• Provide performance information to Supervisor for reviews.
