Job Description
Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our OVERNIGHT team in Indiana. This position involves servicing grease traps and used cooking oil bins across Fort Wayne, IN and other metropolitan locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a vacuum truck to service large grease traps and small under-sink grease traps.
- Navigate tight and narrow roads, connecting up to 10 hoses.
- Drive and operate a straight truck, with training provided for oil-water separator tractor-trailers.
- Follow all DOT, state regulations, and company safety policies.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial (or military) driving experience.
- Valid CDL Class A License. *Tractor-Trailer*
- Ability to operate a (10- speed) Manual Transmission
- Tanker Endorsement is required before the first day of employment.
- Vacuum truck experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more.
- No more than two moving violations within the past three years.
- No more than one DOT recordable accident within the past three years.
- Medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
- authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be a team player.
- Must register for the FMCSA ClearingHouse: Register here.
Work Schedule
- 10-12 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week. *some Saturdays
- Shift time: 22:00-Midnight start, with shifts lasting up to 12-15 hours (65-70 hours per week)- one Saturday a month required.
Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly pay starts at $31 per hour with ample overtime; pay is negotiable based on vacuum truck experience.
