Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's acceptable with relevant experience.
• Experience supervising night shift or multi-location teams preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Night Crew Chiefs, Second Leads, and other night crew staff.
• Visit stores to evaluate performance, reinforce standards, and coach on the spot.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
• Provide feedback and implement training or performance improvement plans.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of night crew.
