Home Market Foods is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician II for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am, Sun–Thu) to uphold the integrity of our plant infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler and wastewater systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3–5 years facilities experience; technical program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight shift projects and assignments.
• Maintain and repair facility systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, wastewater, and safety systems.
• Verify proper operation of mechanical equipment (chillers, boilers, ammonia systems, wastewater, AC).
• Liaise with vendors for scheduled services and manage PM programs.
• Support supervisor with vendor relations and procurement.
