Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repair, and operation of building systems within a production facility. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical components, refrigeration, BAS, and general building repairs.

Qualifications

1–3 years in facilities maintenance or related trades.
Understanding of basic building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Ability to safely operate common maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on building systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment including RTUs, CTUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, and fans.
Monitor BAS platforms such as Siemens Insight and Johnson Controls Niagara.
Service refrigeration equipment like ice machines, fridges, and freezers.
Do basic plumbing repairs and general carpentry tasks.
Assist with life safety inspections and fire protection monitoring.
Carry out basic electrical maintenance and generator testing support.
Coordinate with outside contractors for inspections and repairs.
Follow safety procedures and clear communication with team.
