Job summary

Saving Sight is seeking an Overnight Eye Donation Support Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will support donor families, review medical information, and coordinate activities among hospitals and recovery teams during 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23.82/hour + overtime opportunities + great benefits

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Rotating 3-4 shifts per week, includes every other weekend

No two nights are the same. You'll play a critical role in coordinating the donation process by:

• Speaking with donor families and guiding them through important conversations with compassion and professionalism.
• Reviewing medical information and documentation to determine donor eligibility.
• Coordinating activities among hospitals, funeral homes, medical examiners, and recovery teams.
• Gathering and organizing time-sensitive information while maintaining accuracy.
• Making thoughtful decisions based on established guidelines.
• Supporting a process that requires teamwork across multiple departments and organizations.
