Job summary

Element Solutions MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a leading electronics materials provider, is seeking motivated individuals for manufacturing roles in a fast-paced production environment. The position follows a 12-hour overnight schedule with a rotating 2-2-3 pattern and a 15% shift differential on top of standard hourly rates.

As part of the MAES Team, you will operate, assemble, and inspect production equipment, maintain quality records, and support daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions and load/unload materials.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality meets specifications and requirements.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
