Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience managing employees.
• Experience in Sports & Entertainment industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams with staff retention and development.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to present to groups.
• Resourceful team player with a positive outlook and approachable demeanor.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Assess contract requirements and develop work plans to provide services in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers and meet with them to discuss needs.
• Provide customers with information regarding additional ABM services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve pending complaints/feedback.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure services meet contract requirements and promote retention.
• Inform management of status and identify potential issues; escalate as needed.
• Participate with ABM management in meetings to review issues and develop recommendations.
• Operate with autonomy to plan activities and meet objectives; escalate serious issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain clients and upsell services.
• Work with frontline personnel to identify training needs and staffing requirements.
• Understand union contracts and build relationships with local unions.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers; be the face of ABM and understand their needs.
• Increase billable services by offering additional or periodic services (TAG work).
• Inventory control to keep labor and supplies within budget.
• Report accidents and property damage accurately and timely.
