North Dallas Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital (ND VESH) in Frisco, TX, is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our overnight Emergency/ICU team. Excellent pay with a +$2 shift differential and opportunities to work with an experienced ICU team.

The role focuses on advanced emergency nursing, anesthesia monitoring, and collaboration with specialists to deliver high‑level patient care. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork and client communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred.
• Experienced technicians with a minimum of two years veterinary experience encouraged to apply.
• Emergency, specialty, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills include venipuncture, catheter placement, medication administration, and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in a wide range of critical tasks.
• Triage patients entering the ER and escalate to ER doctor as appropriate.
• Provide compassionate nursing care during hospitalization and recovery.
• Place IV catheters, collect blood, administer medications, and manage IV fluids.
