SanMar seeks an Equipment Operator NP-Overnight to safely locate and move products in our New Jersey warehouse using RF scanners. You will load, unload, restock, pick and pack orders while adhering to safety guidelines and company procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years lift operator experience, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Overnight shifts include overtime and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities or duties; may rotate to other production functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product using a RF unit to scan movement and identify locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and manage checkout/return in good condition.
• Follow procedures for proper care and use of equipment and keys.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification per OSHA guidelines.
