Qualifications

• Veterinary Technician credentials (CVT/RVT/LVT) required or preferred.
• Emergency veterinary experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift over 30 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Place IV catheters and monitor anesthesia during procedures.
• Triage emergency cases and manage hospitalized patients.
• Communicate effectively with doctors and staff.
• Calculate drug dosing and administer medications (injection, oral, topical).
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and assist with protocols.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and families.
