Job summary

Supportive Living Solutions in Minneapolis supports people living with mental health needs in one of our Customized Living Programs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of clients, providing services such as medication administration and problem solving.

You will document happenings throughout your shift, and complete light cleaning tasks within the office area. You will work as a team with other DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, and Nurses to create a safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Department of Human Services background check.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Understanding of basic computer functionality.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration.
• Assistance with problem solving/additional support.
• Documentation of happenings throughout your shift.
• Completing light cleaning tasks within office area.
