The SYGMA Network is seeking an Overnight Delivery Support team member to assist drivers with unloading and delivering products to customer locations. You will verify product quality, rotate stock as needed, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment during overnight hours.

Primary duties include unloading at customer sites, communicating any shorts or issues, and maintaining proper safety and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic.
• Knowledge of product delivery schedules.
• Understanding of product quality and rotation.

Responsabilités

• Unload and check quality products at the customer location, rotate and check the quality of produce.
• Drive to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Operate company equipment properly, follow driver safety rules and perform a pre-trip inspection.
