No experience is required—on-the-job paid training is provided. The role offers a starting hourly wage of 20.45–21.65 USD, with potential differentials for certifications, and includes PTO from day one, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job paid training provided.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Valid/Clean Driver’s License preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting.
• Provide direct care: bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and daily living skills support.
• Help individuals develop healthy habits and independence in day-to-day life.
