Jill's House in Vienna, VA seeks Overnight Direct Support Professionals to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a fully accessible facility just outside Washington, DC. Roles include night supervision, basic care, and engagement, following each client's service plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of direct care experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and guide residents
• Monitor safety, health and well-being overnight
• Assist with activities of daily living in a safe, nurturing environment
• Follow each client's service plan to create a positive experience
