Job summary

Jill's House in Vienna, VA is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in our fully accessible facility. This PT/FT role offers night shifts and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Responsibilities include guiding residents, monitoring safety overnight, assisting with daily living, and following each person’s care plan in a respectful, faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience with individuals with ID/DD.
• Interest in serving the ID/DD community.
• Patience and good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with willingness to learn and grow.
• Physical strength and stamina for night care tasks.
• Must affirm the McLean Bible Church Vision and Values and follow Standards of Christian Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision for residents overnight.
• Monitor safety, health, and well-being of residents during the night.
• Perform basic care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow each resident's service plan and ensure a safe, positive experience.
