Qualifications

• Background checks, fingerprinting, and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including grooming, hygiene, and continence care.
• Monitor health info and maintain medication records; administer meds per directives.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities using agency vehicles.
• Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes following dietary needs.
• Document daily activities, health information, and incidents in the EHR.
• Follow emergency procedures and implement safety protocols as needed.
