Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is hiring full-time Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, and Home Health Aides in Santa Fe, NM. No experience required; paid training provided. Starting pay is $16.80 per hour.

Overnight shifts. This role offers professional growth and a chance to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include direct care, assisting with daily routines, health monitoring, skill development, and community

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Ability to establish a supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
Ability to exercise good judgment and stay calm in crisis situations.
Background checks and drug testing are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and personal care.
Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
Support development of independent and community-based skills.
Participate in community, social, and recreational activities with individuals.
Transport individuals to medical appointments and activities in the community.
Complete program documentation and billable records timely.
