Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts in Greensburg and Irwin, PA. You will provide minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to help clients with daily living, recreation, and vocational pursuits in a residential setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, and a valid driver’s license; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

Qualifications

• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include evaluation that the program is equivalent to U.S. requirements.

Position Details

We are searching for Direct Support Professionals to work overnights (Saturday-Thursday) in our residential programs located in Greensburg and Irwin Pennsylvania. This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompany clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required***
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• ***Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee
