Job summary

Fraser seeks motivated Overnight Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Hopkins, MN, serving adults in group homes and apartments. This role offers flexible scheduling, including night shifts, with full-time or part-time opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, transportation, meal prep, and community activities, while promoting independence and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration
