Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Satisfactory criminal background and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility as needed.
• Respond to individuals’ needs and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Administer medications per policy and training, and document accordingly.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and complete overnight records.
• Communicate changes to supervisors and incoming staff.
