Job summary

Fraser is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Minnesota. Full-time and part-time positions are available in group homes and apartments, with flexible scheduling and meaningful, life-changing work. Responsibilities include ADLs, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community integration.

The starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with meals on some shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Plan and support community activities.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)

• Treatment documentation
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes

Locations, Schedules & Pay:

• Fraser is currently hiring for Full-time positions:
• Eden Prairie, MN
• Sunday through Thursday 10:00 pm - 9:00 am
• Hopkins, MN
• Weekend Live-in schedule
• Shift begins on Friday at 10:00 pm and ends on Sunday at 10:00 pm
• The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on up qualifications + meals on some shifts.
