RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight weekend shifts (Sun 10p–8a) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives.

You’ll support daily living, accompany clients to activities, and advocate for person-centered goals while following guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.

Compassion, reliability, and strong communication are essential; comprehensive training including CPR is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist individuals with community integration and transportation.
• Document care and report changes to supervisors.
• Advocate for individuals’ rights and promote self-determination.
