Job summary

Connections4life in Suisun City is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you’ll build meaningful relationships and assist in daily living activities while promoting independence.

This flexible, part-time role offers hours ranging from 25–40 per week, with competitive pay starting at $19.61/hour for day shifts. Open to candidates who value respect and inclusion, and the commitment to making a difference.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license & proof of auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (can be obtained after 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in maintaining a safe and welcoming household.
• Help with daily living skills such as meal prep and cleaning.
• Encourage independence while assisting with health and safety needs.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Document services accurately and maintain open communication.
