Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking Direct Care Staff for Overnight shifts in the San Marcos, Maxwell and Seguin area in Texas. You will provide personal caregiving services per an established plan, assist with activities of daily living, meals, and companionship to patients.

The role requires you to be 18 or older, able to communicate in writing and verbally, handle confidential information, work independently, and adapt to a home-like setting; shifts run overnight 9pm-7am, 7pm-7am, or

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.

• Ability to work in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
