Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking Direct Care Staff for overnight shifts in San Marcos, Maxwell, and Seguin, TX. You will support individuals in their homes or group settings, providing personal care and companionship according to care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. Must be 18+, capable of confidential work, and able to work independently in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in line with an established care plan.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and adapt to special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to activities and appointments.
• Offer compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
