Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.50/hr

Lifesteps is hiring Caregivers / Direct Care Aides for the Washington, PA (Amwell Township) area.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is hiring compassionate staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Washington, PA.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living and home care
• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Providing personal care assistance such as grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Supporting individual goal attainment
• Organizing community outings and activities
• Driving clients to appointments using the company vehicle

Available shifts: Overnight / Midnight shift (11 pm to 7 am) or Evenings (3 pm to 11 pm). 24 hours per week, ideal as a second income or side hustle.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided. Experienced home health aides, nurses aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
