Job summary

Rushton Recovery in South Lyon, MI is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Nurse to join our private, 12-bed detox and residential addiction treatment facility. Work three 12-hour overnight shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with MI RN or LPN licensure.

You will provide direct nursing care, monitor withdrawal, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support early recovery in a peaceful, residential setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active Michigan RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Overnight shift availability and reliability.
• Experience in detox or addiction treatment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medical monitoring for detoxification and residential treatment patients.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and administer medications per orders.
• Complete CIWA, COWS, and other assessments.
• Maintain EMR documentation and MAR accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to emergencies.
