Overnight shift pay differential

Job summary

Senior Helpers of Southern Indiana is seeking Overnight Caregivers with dementia care experience to assist a female client in Newburgh, IN. Shifts run 10:00 PM–7:00 AM Wed–Sat with pay differentials: +$1/hr for weeknights and +$2/hr for weekend overnights.

The starting pay is $15.00–$16.50 per hour, depending on experience. Valid driver’s license and background check are required; caregiving experience in home care or related fields is preferred. We promote equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check (no felonies or misdemeanors)
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or related fields preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client needs

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, toileting and dressing
• Provide companion care and Dementia care support
• Support daily activities and monitor safety
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to supervisors
