Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and team members while screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and items; verify access credentials and direct to locations.
• Monitor access points, observe unusual activity, and report concerns or incidents to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, yards, loading areas, and perimeter.
